3-form questions

To whom it may concern:

I am currently a student at Utah State University where I am studying
    Interior
Design. I have been assigned to contact as many sustainable product
    companies
as possible to find out information about their product.

As such, I have a few questions I would like to ask:

    1. How do your products compare in price as well as durability to those
produced by other sustainability oriented companies?

Our products would be considered an excellent value in regard to
durability and cost relative to other sustainable product suppliers.

    2. How does your product compare in price and durability to
    non-sustainable
    products?

This varies based on the application and standard product used. It
could range from more to less expensive with large variations based on
how custom the final project is.

    3. What is the most difficult part of selling your products?

Market awareness. People do not know our product is available and will
    typically turn to standard solutions

    4. What solutions have you used to sell your products?

Trade shows and media outlets have been helpful.

    5. What new steps do you see happening towards furthering sustainability
    (i.e.
    laws, product lines, advertising, technologies)?

Please refer to the book...Natural Capitalism. This is an excellent
    reference for this.

    6. What draw-backs are there to sustainable products (yours or your
    competitors)?

    The drawbacks are almost none.
